RCB’s Virat Kohli tops the records charts with the most runs scored by a batter in a single. The former RCB skipper went on to score 973 runs and was deservedly adjudged the Man of the Series in 2016. Though it is highly unlikely for Buttler to topple Kohli from the first spot, but displacing Warner from the second spot looks quite doable.

The Rajasthan Royals batter took the IPL 2022 season by a storm after going on to hit 4 centuries and 4 fifties in a single season. Buttler’s highest score this season has been a tremendous knock of 116 runs and has a healthy average of 58.85. In the much anticipated IPL 2022 finals against Gujarat Titans, it can be expected that Jos Buttler brings his A-game and goes on to reach this prestigious milestone.
